Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Not much to add to my previous TN from only a few months ago. A brilliant Premier Cru Meursault from the best white Burgundy vintage since 2010. Meursault richness but there is some crunchy green apple acidity and chalky minerality, hinting at Puligny. No sign of premox, actually drinking quite “young”. I’d expect the Gouttes d’Or to uncoil - and improve - over the next 3-4 years.
