Saturday, October 28, 2023 - Fruit of dark berries and a meaty dimension. Spice, herbs and earth – but these are rather faint. Fresh acidity, juicy with good tension, a soft texture and tangible but well-integrated, powdery tannin. Feels like early days still with potential upside from cellaring after small but notable evolution in the right direction since 2018.
