Tuesday, April 5, 2022 - Extensive pyrazine/green aromas (eucalyptus) with hints of blackberry compote, baking spices and tobacco leaf. Bright black cherry/currant flavors with some noticeable oak. Hints of fresh herbs, menthol and violets on the finish. Acidity is still crisp and fresh considering this was opened 8 years post vintage.
