Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Indeed this wine changed character after being open for 1,5-2 hours. First it appeared a bit plummy abd sweet. Then it turned more fresh and fruity. Went very well with food. In a good drinking spot, this should be drunk over the coming 1-2 years.
