Monday, February 23, 2009 - Made from a blend of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz, this wine has spent some time in French oak. Deep purple in the glass, I found aromas of dark cherry and liquorice on the nose. The palate is pretty savoury - bell peppers, toasty oak and spice. Very dry finish.
