Friday, May 27, 2016 - Such a lovely bone-dry rose! The flavor and aroma profiles imply far more depth than the color - limpid and only slightly pink-tinged - suggest. Cherry and tar on the nose with an deceptively long, rich palate of wet stones and more cherries. If a rose were ever elegant, this is it.
