Lima - Peru This drank better than the Matthiasson we had yesterday. It seemed more polished, delineated and elegant. It also has a little more weight. Its flavors penetrate deeper into your palate. It lingers longer. Well made and very enjoyable. Everyone liked this better.

Such a lovely bone-dry rose! The flavor and aroma profiles imply far more depth than the color - limpid and only slightly pink-tinged - suggest. Cherry and tar on the nose with an deceptively long, rich palate of wet stones and more cherries. If a rose were ever elegant, this is it.

Elegant is right. That is some nice sancerre rose. Beautiful and mineral.
