Tuesday, March 5, 2019 - Well that’s a mighty serious haut medoc. Dark ruby hue with aromatic notes of pencil shavings and bell pepper. Juicy black cherry on the palate with more dark fruit, green pepper and sandalwood. Chewy tannins indicate this will have some endurance in the cellar and reward the patient. What it lacks in plushness it makes up for in stern character. This wine drinks like a faithful dad.
