Friday, October 20, 2023 - Reading the reviews here I decanted 3 hours and drank over the next hour. I tasted after an hour & 45 minutes and it tasted like a Left Bank wine. Quite tannic and closed. Even though the Cabernet Sauvignon is only 3% it seems more. This is a very Left Bank style StE. It’s very good but not as soft as I prefer. I will try another bottle in a year. Still very good.There is lots of nice chocolate, tobacco & earth notes.
