Saturday, July 3, 2021 - Blind tasting with the three amigos (chez moi): has not budged a bit in three years. After ten hours and a decant it opens up really really beautifullly to some milk chocolate, wet pipe tobacco, spice box, dark plums and a savory licorice touch. But first 8 hours this was really not showing at all - mostly grip and astringent tea and licorice on the palate. I loved this!
