Friday, January 27, 2023 - Tight, tannic, peppery right out of the bottle. Allowed to decant, it opened up over the next couple of hours, robust, richly leathery and a little stone fruit, very dry throughout. Just as good a day later, delightful. Does not seem past its prime in any way.
