De wijn wordt gevinifieerd in kleine, temperatuurgecontroleerde inox vaten van 50 en 100 hectoliter. De Merlot in de grotere vaten, de Cabernet The wine is aged in 40% new, French oak barrels for between 12 to 16 months. After barrel aging, the wine is placed back into vat for an additional 4 months of aging with the goal of reducing the effects of too much new oak.
