Community Tasting Note

Monday, May 21, 2018 - Better in bottle than in barrel, you find licorice, plums and flowers quickly here. Medium bodied, with soft textures, the ends with a nice, fruity finish. Give this just a year or two of aging before consumption. The wine was produced from a blend of 91% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc.

11/8/2018 11:39:00 AM - Right Bank blends are not final during the barrel tastings. They can vary slightly. I'd have to ask to double check in this case, as my memory just ain't what it used to be. But I do taste all of their wines with the owner.
