Saturday, March 19, 2022 - Gourmetklubbens femtionde middag: Tema Första middagen (Södermalm, Stockholm (P+A)): (55% Merlot, 35% Shiraz from Bolgheri and 10% Sangiovese from Montalcino)
Nice and pleasant with a evolved tannins, some acidity on the palate and a touch of liquorice and herbs on the lengthy finish.
