Monday, December 24, 2012 - Admittedly I was concerned that we may have left it a little late to open this bottle. Fortunately however, after almost an hour left to breath, it was fabulous - a perfect match to NZ lamb rack on Christmas Day!
The wine looks Violet colored. The legs are Medium. It tastes like and Forest floor. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Short.
