Monday, July 24, 2023 - PnP. Dark straw > light gold; bright, lively color. Initial aromas are superb, with ripe orchard fruits, together with some citrus, mango, and honey notes. While the nose's initial intensity declines, modestly, with each pour, the body, and complexity of tastes increases along the same timeline. Elegant, mature, and, for my palate, definitely at prime time, this should show similarly well for five + years to come. I've got one bottle left that I'll be sure to drink in the coming 2-3 years; hopefully with good friends. Easily recommended, and still quite excellent with food.
