Friday, July 15, 2022 - Gorgeous purplish red color. Tart blackberry, red currant, light strawberry, graphite, fresh sawn wood and that amazing smell you get when you walk into a winery barrel cave. Beautiful bouquet of red fruits on the palate wrapped in an incredibly well structured wine. Still young but quite enticing already.

p.s. rigatoni cinghaile and spinach salad with pancetta vinaigrette
