Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - An amazing expression of valpolicella. Nose is tar and dried cherries. Palate is full of earth, black tea, sour cherries. Lovely integration of tannins in the finish. Full of complexity I can't even identify fully. A sublime wine with a prime porterhouse beautifully rare, and classic mashed potatoes. Nirvana.
