Sunday, December 6, 2015 - The best was last - trio of PN in Queensland, this was a late night drink to finish up what we bought before flying. And it was very very good. a ruby red with tinge of crimson enlivening its colour, the nose was fragrant, hint of rose, toast, honey, nuts and fruit. Palette was succulent 'green frog' - a young but fully approachable hopper of a chap, chased by lively notes of honeyed toast, apricot, peach, cherries, blackcurrant, jam. Different from Burg yet no less satisfying an expression of the grape. Nice structure gave the expression of flavours time and space to show. Finish again not as long as Old World but certainly a good end to great glass. To be sought out.
