Saturday, September 23, 2017 - Robe rather paler than I expected. Opened well both on palate and nose. Silky soft and supple. Typical large berry and plum pinot flavors on palate. Hints of fading fruit and acid suggest the wine is past peak already. Nothing overly complex. Shortish finish. Not bad but not spectacular. Drink up. Now till end 2018.
Would I buy again? Yes but not at this price level (USD $45).
