Friday, May 27, 2011 - Beautiful bouquet with a lot of ripe fruits e.g. good cherries. On the palate also a lot of black as well as red forest fruits, hidden spices, and a lot of good sweetness and acidity in a beautiful balance. A lot of bitterness. Concentrated and refined wine which needs at least another 3 - 4 years and will offer beautiful drinking much longer. 93+
