Sunday, May 8, 2016 - Very brooding nose. Dark cherry, raspberry, savoury perfume. A little meaty. In the mouth it's very crisp and lineated. Lovely freshness of fruit, and very savoury indeed with a slightly smokey component. Not complex or particularly expressive, but definitely characterful and tasty. Great example of Bierzo. Good value at AUS$26
