Saturday, March 23, 2024 - 230324: Celebrating DQ's Bday at Uovo Asador with immacutely curated menu and wines by birthday boy himself. My bottle tb which I popped 2 hrs before & bottle breathe. Nose: Blackberries, black cherries, and plums, accompanied by notes of dried fig & herbs, black pepper, with a subtle touch of smoky oak. Well-integrated tannins with concentrated flavors of ripe black fruits. Very classic Northern Syrah with showing layers of complexity with hints of licorice, spices, and a touch of earthiness
