Saturday, April 22, 2017 - Herbal with thyme, mint and mediterranean shrub, then citrus fruit (ripe orange) and a touch of yellow peach. Dry, crispy acidity, medium body and a persistent lemony aftertaste.
Relatively complex, entertaining and quite intense. I liked it.
