Friday, September 23, 2022 - Unscrewed and poured, consumed over 2 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity with developing aromas of pear, apple, tropical fruit - mango and pineapple, sage, white pepper, and grass. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium body with a slightly creamy mouth-feel, medium+ intensity, 14.0% abv with flavors of tropical fruit - mango and pineapple, sage, and red apple with a medium+ finish. Overall an excellent wine excelling in intensity and complexity, drink now or over next 3 years.
