Sunday, May 17, 2015 - Tasted over two days, better the second. Full of blackberry, blueberry, anise and spice on the nose. Tannins still chalky and assertive but not overbearing with good lingering acidity, full mid-palate and good length. A surprisingly high quality wine from a cooler Paso Robles vintage. A testament to the strength of Jordan Fiorentini's skills and the Paderewski vineyard.
