Sunday, December 27, 2015 - 55% Syrah with the rest a split of Grenache, Mouvedre, and Petite Sirah. Decanted for 6+ hours. Dark fruits dominate along with spices. First time having the Ingenuity. Nice wine, but not at the top of my list in the Epoch lineup.
