Wednesday, February 8, 2017 - Michael Schuster Fine Wine Course Day 2 (Headspace, Hatton Gardens, London): Pale lemon, clear and bright. Medium (+) intensity aromatic aromas, elderflower, gooseberry, blackcurrant leaf, wax, honey. Developing. Dry, high acidity, firm/lively, medium alcohol and body, medium (+) intensity flavours, similar to the nose, but with evident minerality. Long finish. Polished. Very good quality. Can be drunk now but suitable for further ageing over next few years.
