Medium (+) intensity aromatic aromas, elderflower, gooseberry, blackcurrant leaf, wax, honey. Developing. Dry, high acidity, firm/lively, medium alcohol and body, medium (+) intensity flavours, similar to the nose, but with evident minerality. Long finish. Polished. Very good quality. Can be drunk now but suitable for further ageing over next few years.
