Wednesday, April 26, 2023 - N Rhone Chez R: Served blind. On the nose - blood and soil - suggesting Cornas. The palate is elevated, not quite ethereal. Again, just lovely acidity and balance. On revelation - unlike the 98s, 95 gives the impression that it will go on for a long time. A real treat - possibly my favourite wine of dinner excepting the mega-flight...
