Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Even despite not holding on to all of its pressure, this was really enjoyable. A strong treacle and honey palate with some peach fruit leather. Acidity was nice and the residual sugar (my guess was 6g/l) helped the wine age perfectly. A perfect condition bottle would be excellent.
