Wednesday, December 7, 2011 - Very reduced and with high acid. Lots of balsamic qualities, with hints of garrigue, spice, and red fruits. Fruits evolved more with air, but I was hoping for more with this. I would have pegged this as Grenache before Syrah, zero white pepper and not much in the way of personality.
