Friday, April 10, 2020 - Opened 30 minutes, not decanted. Cherry colour. Lovely deep, rich, complex nose of strawberries, caramel, pepper and damp wool with some earthiness. Palate is medium bodied, very dry, savoury and fruity. Luscious and opening up after 90 minutes. Drinking well now, will keep, but so good already it probably won't improve further.
