Sunday, May 17, 2020 - Outstanding. Ripe, rich, complex, long, structured -- a lot going on here. Some exotic Asian spices, gamey, ripe tannins, a lot of iron on the finish. This kept building and buiding. Quite ripe for burgundy, but enough acidity and tannins to support it. Powerful.
