Friday, April 17, 2015 - East Bay Burgundy Dinner April 2015 - Nuits St Georges (Camino): Served single blind (although by this stage of proceedings I had certainly forgotten what was coming next).
Easy approachable nose - faintest hint of parma violets? Suspect would blow off with time. Lovely precise on the palate - dark forest fruits, the stuffing to back it up. Surprised by the 05 (certainly very different experience from the Faiveley earlier in the evening) - clearly has decades ahead of it but lovely to drink now.
