Saturday, January 21, 2023 - Double decant, drank over a couple days. Pencil lead, old leather, dried herbs, muted brambleberry, a bit tart initially, resolved after 3 hours. Medium bodied. Lucky for me, my wife didn’t care for it!

I wouldn’t bet on this improving but it’s probably got another 5 years.
