Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Agree with the notes below of elegance and finesse, tannins receded into the background. Drinking beautifully after 2hrs of slow ox.

Started going downhill after about 6hrs which leads me to believe it’s in a nice spot right now and will stay here for the next 3-5 years.
