Saturday, May 11, 2019 - Double decanted for an hour, med. ruby with brick rim, nose of tobacco & dark fruit, taste of dark cherry with med/firm tannins, long finish; delicious, ready to drink, but still more tannic than expected (will the fruit last?)

After a couple hrs, it remained the same, not opening up any further & maintaining the tannic structure that was a little dry on the finish (subtracted a point)
