Thursday, March 25, 2021 - Dark garnet. Came across younger than I anticipated given its age, showing burning embers, unsmoked pipe tobacco and fresh leather up front followed by subdued blackberry, cassis and mineral notes on the nose. Medium to full-bodied with decent lift, silky tannins and good persistence on the finish. Delish!
