Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Still young but super lovely already. A powerful aromatic collection of citrus, honey, white peaches, ripe apples, flowers. Electrifying and racy sharp acidity with a strong mineral backbone and profile of salinity that cleanses the fruit and sweetness at the start. An absolute delight with a range of food from vegetables, salads, pickles, risotto, grilled black cod, to citrus based desserts.
