Sunday, November 29, 2015 - Unlike my last, three weeks ago, that tasted and smelled of V8 juice, this was a great bottle. Deep pinot noir nose and well balanced fruity palate, somewhat dominated by tannin. Drunk along side the 2002 bottling of this wine, the '05 came off as just a bit too young, but with a huge upside potential. Nice fruit filled finish,perhaps a little shorter than the '02.
