Friday, January 5, 2007 - Intriguing wine that grew on us over the course of an evening. It tasted almost like a burgundy -- lower alcohol, higher acidity. Not anywhere near as good as the 2003, which featured a wonderfully smoky, bacon fat richness. Needs more time in the cellar.
