Friday, November 26, 2021 - Rich nose of citrus, hazelnuts, butter, minerals, and herbs. Good acidity on the palate with more citrus and lemon, as well as herbs. Nice finish. This felt quite tight to be honest and in need of time. Very promising Vin Jaune, though, but not as enjoyable now as the 2009 Labet we had the previous night. 94++
