Tuesday, November 15, 2022 - Great example of an Eden Valley Riesling: all lime, kerosene and piercing acidity that’s totally refreshing and mouthwatering. A little honey richness thanks to the age.

Extended lees contact gives this another layer of bready complexity and some body on the palate. Very well balanced and a long finish to boot.

The grapes were picked early and fermented cold in stainless steel for two weeks before clarification. Bottling took place immediately, then the wine was cellared at the winery for five years prior to release.
