  I found this more appealing almost two years down the line.
  A little more rounded., medium bodied, acidity not quite as pronounced.
  May improve further, it will be interesting to see how it evolves over the next few years.

  Very pale green gold. Nose indistinct. Crushed seashells, dash of salinity, green grass, lime but topped off with residual sweetness. Seems very fine on pnp. Acidity is very restrained, no battery acid here. Is it too laid back? No, it’s really lovely, lime oil, layers of fineness come through. A beautifully poised wine, with subtle facets, refinement and is very good. Different style to normal Aussie Riesling. Day 2, it is excellent, lime pith, faint oiliness and honey, class. Really good Riesling now, would like to keep some back to see how it grows.

  Great example of an Eden Valley Riesling: all lime, kerosene and piercing acidity that’s totally refreshing and mouthwatering. A little honey richness thanks to the age.
  
  Extended lees contact gives this another layer of bready complexity and some body on the palate. Very well balanced and a long finish to boot.
  
  The grapes were picked early and fermented cold in stainless steel for two weeks before clarification. Bottling took place immediately, then the wine was cellared at the winery for five years prior to release.
