Thursday, November 18, 2004 - This wine has a specific 'green' quality, might be typical for Cab Franc (I am just guessing). There is plenty of red fruit and a nice mouthfeel. It is very distinctive and probably not really a crowd pleaser but to me, a really good food wine. Drank the second half of the bottle two days after opening and it was still going strong.
