Thursday, October 28, 2021 - Delicious basic Barbaresco. It needs a ton of air (4 hours in a decanter minimum) at this point, but with time it gains in weight and the nose opens up. Tannins are huge and acidity is perfect. It goes so well with food. This is an outstanding wine with lots of life left.
