Sunday, August 27, 2023 - Dinner with Tom & Deb Mortimer of Le Cadeau (COV, Edina, MN): Light plus gold color. Drank a glass over an hour plus. This didn't impress me as expected tonight, I think this was just more advanced; pear, citrus notes, rich and spicy, but showing some heat.
