Friday, April 12, 2019 - 30 mins decanted, consumed over next 60 mins. Wine was quite enjoyable, soft, round mouthfeel, felt more like a merlot blend than a Cab Sauv. Couldn't pick up any mint, tannin was soft & integrated. Good balance with fruits. Held up with with a great piece of steak.
