Sunday, February 28, 2016 - Rich, aromatic, savory and autumnal nose of tilled earth, game, coffee beans, leather, and faint hint of brett (urine/public bathroom style, somewhat similar to some Norman cidre and some old bottles of Levet). Totally resolved and integrated but still firm and powerful. Everything in the right place, really pleasurable and long. Deeply impressive.
