Saturday, April 14, 2007 - An easy afternoon with close friends. 2007-02: Bordeaux: St. Julien & Pessac. (@ BV): Dark blood red. In the bouquet black fruits, tobacco, cigar box, little sweetness. In the taste dark cherries, black currants, all very juicy and a little sweet. Good soft tannin in the finish. The wine is not yet fully mature. Try again in 2 years.
